Job Description

The Butler is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized food and beverage service to VIPs, high-value guests, and Residence Club guests in accordance with the hotel's established service standards.

This role focuses on creating memorable moments and enhancing the overall guest experience through attentive, discreet, and proactive service. The Butler also provides support to Residence Club Officers by assisting with guest requests, errands, and special requirements, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently. A strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is essential to effectively anticipate and fulfill guest preferences.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. They are customer-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse teams while remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations. The candidate should be capable of adjusting to different environments and managing a variety of tasks as required.

A strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is essential. They should demonstrate a professional, welcoming, and engaging demeanor, supported by strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

The individual must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and other physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
