Job summary

Raffles Makati, a luxury retreat in Manila's financial district, is seeking a professional butler to deliver flawless, personalized guest experiences from pre-arrival to departure. You will coordinate with F&B, Concierge, Front Office, and other teams to anticipate needs and uphold five-star service standards, while coaching the Butler team and supporting ongoing training initiatives.

Qualifications

Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Delivers flawless, personalized butler service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring impeccable suite readiness, curated amenities, and bespoke guest experiences.
Coordinates seamlessly with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and operational teams to anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional five-star service standards.
Coaches and develops the Butler team to deliver discreet, intuitive, and anticipatory service, while supporting training initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
