Job summary

Raffles Makati is seeking a dedicated butler to deliver flawless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring flawless suite readiness and bespoke guest experiences.

You will coordinate with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to anticipate guest needs while maintaining five-star service standards; you will coach and develop the Butler team and support training initiatives for continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Hospitality management degree is an asset.
