Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-oriented professional to support the Business Center's objectives through acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products. The role involves assisting the Relationship Manager, preparing sales call plans and reports, and developing activities to market retail banking offerings.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and the ability to thrive in a sales-driven banking environment, with knowledge of risk management, credit evaluation, and banking policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any business-related field.
• Experience in sales within a banking environment preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience in credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Ability to develop sales plans and reports and record actions accurately.
