Job summary

RCBC in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a sales-oriented banking professional to support the Business Center. You will assist the Branch Manager to drive sales and meet volume objectives by acquiring accounts and cross-selling YGC products.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, ensuring action plans are recorded and tracked. The role focuses on developing effective sales activities to market retail banking products and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of banking products and retail banking is preferred.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Understanding of risk management controls and banking policies.
