Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven professional to support the Business Center’s volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Paseo, Balibago, Bel Air, Solenad and to thrive in a sales-driven banking environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, demonstrates strong sales skills, strategic planning, and knowledge of risk management and credit evaluation within banking policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Experience or exposure to banking sales is a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk controls and credit evaluation procedures.

• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
