Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a sales-focused professional to join the team in Diliman, QC. The role supports the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, plan monthly and daily sales calls, and develop activities to market retail banking products, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment, adapt to surroundings, and apply learnings to leadership.
• Strong in strategic planning and management.
