Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learnings to leadership.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Experience with account management is preferred.
