TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to analyze and optimize business processes, document SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional improvements onsite in Quezon City. The role focuses on reducing inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and driving automation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of BPM experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instructions, and workflow diagrams.
Conduct process reviews and recommend improvements based on operational requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate with different departments to gather process requirements and understand current workflows.
Identify process gaps, duplication of work, unnecessary steps, and potential areas for automation.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives in coordination with concerned departments.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of revised processes.
Establish process standards, controls, and documentation to promote consistency across departments.
Assist in developing process metrics and KPIs to measure operational performance.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Facilitate process improvement meetings, workshops, and discussions with process owners and stakeholders.
Prepare process improvement reports, recommendations, and management presentations.
Ensure that process documentation is updated whenever there are changes in policies, systems, organizational structures, or workflows.
Support the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance requirements.
Assist in change management activities related to new or improved processes.
Work closely with IT and other relevant teams on system enhancements, automation, and process digitization initiatives.
Conduct periodic process audits or reviews to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, operations, quality assurance, or a related role.
Experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and SOP development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of process mapping tools and methodologies is an advantage.
Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City
