Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Process Analyst to map and document current-state processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with SMEs across the organization.

You will design future-state workflows, develop SOPs and training materials, and ensure governance with standard naming conventions and control documentation. This role emphasizes documentation, knowledge transfer, and prepared transitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Education, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, transformation, documentation, or shared services.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis.
  • Proven experience developing SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge assets.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, migration, or transition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Map and document current-state processes, including workflows, activities, controls, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather process requirements, inputs, outputs, and operational considerations.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement and standardization.
  • Support the design of future-state processes, including workflows, roles, handoffs, and service delivery models.
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with global standards, frameworks, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and job aids.
  • Create training materials and knowledge resources to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Document process controls, risks, and compliance requirements to ensure governance and audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate and organized process repositories, including version control and documentation updates.
  • Partner with Design, Build, and Transition teams to ensure processes and documentation are implementation-ready.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and elevate identified gaps for resolution.
