Taylormade Development Corp. seeks a Business Process Manager to review, standardize, and improve processes across the organization, driving efficiency and accountability. You will work with multiple departments to identify gaps, implement practical SOPs, and establish controls for consistent execution.
The role requires hands-on, fast-paced execution and strong skills in process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement to support organizational transformation.
The Business Process Manager is responsible for reviewing, improving, and standardizing business processes across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and overall performance. The role works closely with different departments to identify process gaps, develop practical solutions, establish clear workflows and controls, and ensure that approved processes are properly implemented and followed.
Review and assess existing business processes, workflows, policies, and procedures across departments.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication of work, and areas for improvement.
Develop and recommend improved processes, workflows, SOPs, and internal controls.
Facilitate process mapping and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
Work closely with Department Heads and key stakeholders in implementing process improvements.
Monitor compliance with approved processes, policies, and established procedures.
Recommend opportunities for process automation, system enhancement, and digitalization.
Establish process performance measures and monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Support Management in organizational improvement and business transformation initiatives.
Prepare process reports, findings, recommendations, and presentations for Management.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, process management, operational excellence, internal controls, or a similar function.
Experience in real estate development, construction, property development, or a related industry is highly preferred.
Strong experience in process mapping, SOP development, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ISO/QMS, Business Process Management (BPM), or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into practical solutions.
Able to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
Must be comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.
