Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. is seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Specialist in Pasay City to drive process enhancements across cross-functional teams.

You will conduct walkthroughs, gather data, benchmark, and document processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate holds a Industrial Engineering degree, has 3-5 years of related experience, and is proficient in Visio and Excel, with Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Visio and Excel) and basic process concepts.
• Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certificate holder.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Walkthroughs cover data gathering and analysis, benchmarking, coordinating with stakeholders, and designing process information through proper documentations.

• Develop, facilitate, and participate where appropriate in business process testing prior to roll-out.
• Drive the delivery of process changes, which includes training and rollout, monitoring of compliance, and evaluating performance results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
• Must be a Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certificate holder
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City
