Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies across nationwide projects. You will generate leads, support bids, and develop relationships with key decision makers in various sectors including HVAC and hospitality.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in electrical/architectural sectors, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any Field, preferably an engineering / architectural course.
• At least 2 years of work experience; background in electrical or architectural and construction industries is an advantage.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Effective communication / presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generating leads from new and existing lighting and electrical consultants and participates in bids by ensuring company and product qualifications are met.
• Working closely with field sales teams to join, negotiate, and close bids and provides direct support in bid-related activities.
• Identifying and exploring new opportunities and segments for the Professional Division, such as HVAC, Solar EPC, Institutional Coop, food chains, manufacturing/infrastructure.
• Establishing relationships with Key Decision Makers and designers through targeted support, engagement with industry associations like the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers and United Architects of the Philippines.
• Initiating and leading FELCO solutions presentations and tours for Developers, Contractors, and Designers and collaborates with field sales and product development teams to bridge the gap in product qualifications required to join bids and offer unique products.

As a Business Development Specialist you are responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.

Other requirements include the following:

• Generating leads from new and existing lighting and electrical consultants and participates in bids by ensuring company and product qualifications are met
• Working closely with field sales teams to join, negotiate, and close bids and provides direct support in bid-related activities
• Identifying and exploring new opportunities and segments for the Professional Division, such as HVAC, Solar EPC, Institutional Coop, food chains, manufacturing/infrastructure
