Job summary

You will manage events, permits, and logistics with the marketing team, track opportunities from lead to conversion, and oversee promotional materials for campaigns across multiple brands.

About the role

Reporting to: Sales Support Group Assistant Manager

As a Business and Marketing Administrator, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of business development initiatives, industry events, trade activities, and marketing engagement that support organization's growth objectives.

Other requirements include the following:

• Plan, organize, and execute business development activities, events, trade shows, exhibits.

• Ensure completion of event requirements, permits, registrations, and logistical arrangements in coordination with the marketing team.

• Track and monitor business opportunities throughout the sales pipeline, from lead generation to bid submission and sales conversion.

• Coordinate the preparation, production, distribution, and deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or any related field

• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, business development support, administrative operations, or related functions.

• Experience in handling project leads, bids, or pipeline tracking. Handling industry events, exhibits, conferences, sponsorship activities, or project coordination.

• Comfortable with fieldwork; preferably with a driver's license.
