Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Project Account Specialist to support a portfolio of project accounts, working closely with the Project Account Manager to grow client relationships, opportunities, proposals, and specifications.

You will coordinate with the Sales Support Group, help influence product specs with clients and stakeholders, maintain CRM data, and contribute to account planning and opportunity tracking, delivering results through collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales or key-account support.
• Experience with project-based accounts and stakeholders is an advantage.
• Demonstrated CRM discipline and account-plan development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role

Role Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Project Accounts Manager

As a Project Account Specialist (PAS), you will work closely with a Project Account Manager in managing and growing a shared portfolio of project accounts. You will support client relationships, project opportunities, proposals, and specification activities while contributing to the team's overall sales objectives.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Project Account Manager in managing and developing a shared portfolio of project accounts.
• Contribute to the team's overall sales targets and objectives.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Group in the preparation of product/cost proposals
• Help influence product specifications and work with clients, contractors, developers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project information in the CRM.
• Contribute to account planning, opportunity tracking, and other sales initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of client requirements.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or key-account support.
• Experience working with project-based accounts, clients, contractors, developers, or other business stakeholders is an advantage.
• Demonstrated CRM discipline and prior contribution to account-plan development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working closely with a sales partner or team.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
