We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting, preferably within a BPO environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating qualified leads, initiating sales conversations, and setting appointments to support business growth and revenue generation.
