Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Representative to demonstrate value, engage customers, and drive contract renewals.

You will manage high-volume outbound communications and forecast sales weekly, monthly, and quarterly while keeping accurate CRM data. As part of the Sales team, you will collaborate with management, handle objections, and pursue opportunities to win new business, reporting to a Sales Manager.

Formación

• Ability to articulate the value of products or services to customers.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the value and benefits of products/services to customers.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge and understand client requirements.
• Address customer concerns/roadblocks to ensure satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle objections to retain customers or win new business.
• Manage high volume outbound calls and emails daily.
• Maintain CRM data with relevant information.
• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals as part of sales motions.
• Report to a Sales Manager and collaborate with team.
