Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service or sales.
• Track record of meeting personal and team quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Comfort with learning new technology and data.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/services within a dedicated territory to achieve revenue-based quota.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and understand client requirements.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and usage.
• Retain customers and manage objections to win renewals.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate with team for a professional experience.
