Job summary

Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Business Partner - Specialist, Sales Development in Makati City, Philippines. You will handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and maintain CRM while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to reach development goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales, a proven quota track record, experience with high-volume calling, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems. This role supports work-from-home where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience handling high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Willingness to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development related goals.
• Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns affecting satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email daily, primarily outbound.
• Collaborate with team and management to deliver a professional experience for customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured.
