Responsibilities

• Oversee management of complex client accounts and develop processes to ensure favorable client relationships.
• Renew, expand, and convert services within the existing client base.
• Call upon client customers to assess opportunities, renew contracts, and cross-sell services.
• Ensure client customers are satisfied and resolve escalated issues.
• Meet revenue quotas through effective account management and supporting processes.
• Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
• Serve as single contact for client customers and use data to address concerns.
• Navigate competitive pressures and handle objections with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with partners and manage relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
• Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas, including negotiations.
• Identify risks and barriers, and develop contingency plans.
• Spot opportunities for additional product or service sales and influence renewals.
