Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Renewals Sales Specialist to join our inside sales team in Makati. You will drive renewals and upsell opportunities, build relationships with clients, and advocate strategic adoption of our solutions.

This role requires 2-3 years in customer service or sales, experience with high-volume calling, and familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM tools. You will collaborate across teams to exceed revenue goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Prior experience in high volume calling strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred.
• Prior success in achievement of individual or team sales quotas/goals.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers in fast-paced environments.
• Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services; upsell when applicable.
• Work within dedicated territory for an established client.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess needs.
• Promote products/services for the established client.
• Guide customers through onboarding and promote strategic adoption.
• Use data to identify at-risk accounts and opportunities; take remediation steps.
• Manage high volume of calls and emails daily; majority outbound.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and in a timely manner.
