You will build strong client relationships and identify market opportunities to expand the customer base. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development processes.
Experience in data management, reporting, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using digital tools and technology-driven platforms.
Knowledge of Digital Arts and Computer Science is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Develop and launch new specialist and corporate training programs to drive revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through customized training solutions.
Identify market opportunities and implement business development strategies to grow the client base.
Analyze sales, enrollment, and program performance data to recommend revenue-generating initiatives.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and learning management requirements.
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to support business development efforts.
Manage program onboarding/offboarding and coordinate with clients, instructors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate reports, databases, and documentation.
Support the recruitment, scheduling, and performance monitoring of specialist instructors.
