Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a proactive Business Development professional in the Philippines to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and drive sales growth.

You will analyze feedback, conduct market research, and craft strategies to meet monthly targets, coordinating with management to uncover cost-effective opportunities and deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or client relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.
