The Business Development Officer is responsible for assisting in driving and managing strategic initiatives and high-priority projects in alignment with the Company's vision and organizational objectives.

• Oversee and coordinate special projects assigned, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on various topics, such as market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, departments, clients, and partners, to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate collaboration on special projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels in the organization.
