Job summary

Active Geoanchor, Inc. is seeking a Business Development professional to cultivate and manage relationships across Visayas and Mindanao. You will identify opportunities, engage with project owners, developers, contractors and government agencies, and lead outreach efforts to generate qualified leads.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills and willingness to travel within Visayas and Mindanao, with base in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, construction, engineering, property development or related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Visayas and Mindanao.
• Willingness to be based in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout Visayas and Mindanao.
• Identify companies, organizations, developments and projects that may require the company's services.
• Research upcoming property, infrastructure, construction, energy, mining and other relevant projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and networking activities.
• Build relationships with project owners, developers, contractors, consultants, government agencies and other industry stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify business leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, industry events and other appropriate channels.
• Develop referral relationships and strategic business-development partnerships.
• Monitor regional market conditions, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with the company's technical and management teams when opportunities require technical or commercial support.
• Assist in the preparation, presentation and follow-up of proposals and other business-development materials.
• Maintain an organized database of prospects, contacts, client interactions and identified opportunities.
• Provide regular business-development and market reports to management.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, conferences and other business-development activities.

About you
