Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Manila is seeking a capable Business Development/Account Management professional for an on-site role. You will contact potential clients, establish rapport, and arrange meetings while planning new marketing initiatives.

You will research organizations to identify opportunities across Southeast Asia and the Americas, grow existing customer value, and help the Key Accounts team achieve ambitious growth through market development and strong networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Fresh graduates will not be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
