Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution in Taguig (On-site) seeks a Business Development/Account Manager with 1–3 years of experience to identify growth opportunities and manage client relationships. You will lead client proposals, pitches, and pricing, coordinating with internal teams to craft solutions and drive expansions.

Strong English communication, confident client-facing presentation skills, and independence in a fast-paced agency environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Servicing, Sales, or a related role.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and client expansion opportunities
• Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, pricing, and presentations
• Attend client meetings, pitches, and business reviews
• Handle and follow up on client inquiries and opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Research potential brands, partnerships, and business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions for clients
• Track leads, proposals, negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with the CBO on key commercial projects and priorities
• Represent the company professionally in external meetings and presentations
