Job Description

• Develop and expand business through targeting new locations/market.
• Responsible for developing marketing and business plans for the achievement of revenue goals for a company.
• Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business.
• Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company's products.
• Defines long term and short term strategic goals.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Assess possible new sites.
• Prepare flexibility studies on market location or site.
• Maintain files of existing lease contracts.
• Reports to Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Management/Accounting or any related courses.
• With relevant experience and proven track record in Market Research, Site Selection, and Business Expansion.
• With strong personality and has good decision-making skills.
• Planning skills (plan for a project and follow it up to its completion)
