Overview

As a BDO for GrabFood/ GrabMart, the role focuses on expanding our merchant partner network while maintaining the quality of existing partners. You will be responsible for managing relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring partners' success on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential merchant partners in the West Visayas and negotiate onboarding in Grab
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors
• Negotiate with merchants to onboard them
• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners
• Address MEX concerns and provide solutions to improve partner experience with GrabFood/GrabMart
• Monitor and analyze merchant partners' performance
• Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations
• Conduct training sessions for merchant partners to ensure they understand and can effectively use the platform
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a seamless merchant partner experience
• Prepare and present performance reports to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Open to hiring fresh graduates; experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry in the West Visayas region is a plus
