A dynamic BPO company in Pampanga is seeking an experienced eCommerce professional. The role includes supporting operations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with vendors. • Support the execution of monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Assist merchants with daily operations, including reviewing backorders, pricing setup, vendor management and marketing submission.
• Contribute to knowledge and content development to enhance category-relevant information for customers and associates.
• Aid in planning and maintaining a strong product assortment, inventory profile, and engaging product data.
• Assist in planning profitable product assortments and promotions for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with inventory management to maintain healthy stock levels and manage non-productive inventory.
• Support negotiations, vendor relationships, and business development initiatives with the merchant.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and sales data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Minimum 2 years experience in eCommerce or relevant field.
• Education: Four year college degree or equivalent required
• Strong background with Microsoft excel.
• Able to work onsite and night shift.
