You will target US clients, engage hiring managers, and drive revenue by shaping staffing solutions across direct-client, MSP, and VMS channels.

The role requires strong English communication, proven sales experience in IT staffing, and the ability to overlap US business hours while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT staffing business development or staffing sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation and C2C/W2/contract staffing.
• Knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and overlap with US business hours while working remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new US clients and build relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and IT decision-makers.
• Generate IT staffing requirements through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Develop direct-client, staffing vendor, MSP, and VMS relationships.
• Pitch IT staffing services, negotiate rates, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
