The role requires 3–5 years in B2B logistics, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Onsite, day shift, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Business Development and/or Key Account Management within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong commercial and business development acumen.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
• Experience handling RFI/RFQ, pricing, negotiation, and bidding processes.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline management.
