Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new corporate clients and expand our B2B manpower and workforce solutions. You will open doors, reach decision-makers, and build long-term corporate accounts.
You’ll manage a robust pipeline, collaborate with HR, Procurement, Operations, and Finance, and lead negotiations to close new accounts. This role requires proactive outreach and strong relationship building.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects
Connect with HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and key business decision-makers
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, field prospecting, and sales blitzes
Conduct client meetings, presentations, needs assessments, and site visits
Prepare proposals and recommend customized solutions based on client requirements
Lead commercial negotiations and close new accounts
Build relationships with business groups, industry associations, and strategic partners
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity, and revenue forecasts
Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, HR, and Management to ensure successful client onboarding and deployment
Proven experience in B2B corporate sales, business development, or solutions selling
Sales experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred: B2B Insurance, HMO/Healthcare, Financial Services, Outsourcing, HR Solutions, Manpower/Staffing, Logistics Solutions, or other Corporate Services
Existing network or database of corporate decision-makers is a strong advantage
Experience selling to or dealing with HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and business owners
Exposure to clients in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Logistics, Construction, and other key industries is an advantage
Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Highly resourceful, proactive, persistent, and comfortable building business from the ground up
Willing to conduct client visits, networking activities, and field prospecting
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
