Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Pasig is seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting sales channels and enhancing brand presence in the IT and retail sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong connection with the IT consumer electronics field, at least 3 years of experience in channel development management, and a bachelor’s degree. Candidates who can manage distributor relationships and have strong command of English will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in senior channel development management.
• Experience in retail KA or as a manufacturer manager is prioritized.
• 1+ years in international sales/business development preferred.
• Understanding distributor management is advantageous.
• Native Philippine English fluency with international sales exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing plan and strategies to achieve defined business target & objectives.
• Targeting at establishing sales channel and enhancing brand in retail and IT channel, exploring OEM/ODM business opportunity especially in flash memory such SSD/DRAM industry;
• Building and maintaining long term relationship with distributors, work closely with distributors to provide consumer channel insights and business development expertise to drive performance;
• Exploring and creating new opportunities and business in focus territories;
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing the market, deal requirements, potential and financial as well as evaluate options.

Professional skills/ Knowledge:

• Strong connection with IT and consumer electronics field, especially familiar with SSD/Dram/Cards/USB etc. memory products, with at least 3 years senior channel development management experience

• Prioritize those who ever took manager position in retail KA or manufacturer
• Understanding Distributor Management is the additional advantage
• Philippine Native Speaker level, good English capability is necessary, a minimum 1 year experience in international sales/business development will be preferable
