Leslie Corporation is seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader in Parañaque to drive growth across the food and beverage portfolio. You will develop and execute strategies, pursue new clients and markets, and manage partnerships to expand revenue.
Responsibilities include overseeing the sales cycle, conducting market analysis, and delivering data-driven reports. Travel for site assessments and client meetings is expected as needed.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the site development department, ensuring the successful execution of new store projects.
Collaborate with site development teams to identify suitable locations, negotiate leases, and manage the permitting process.
Ensure that site development projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, site development, and store engineering.
Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Graduate of BS Management, Finance or the likes
Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing business development
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Willing to travel and do field work
