JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving strategic growth opportunities for the company. This role involves analyzing market trends, preparing feasibility studies, and developing strategy execution plans to expand business operations. Working closely with senior leadership, the candidate will facilitate strategic discussions, lead cross-functional planning initiatives, and leverage financial and statistical insights to support organizational decision-making and sustainable growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• With at least FIVE years’ experience in Feasibility Study preparation and with accounting background.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• Must be computer literate with mathematical, statistical and reporting skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, financial evaluations, and statistical reports for new business ventures, expansion projects, and strategic investments.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in formulating and executing short- and long-term business growth strategies, aligning goals with organizational capacity and market demands.
• Market & Business Evaluation: Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and financial assessments to identify high-potential business opportunities and market expansion channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Plan, facilitate, and participate in strategic group meetings, cross-departmental workshops, and client discussions to ensure alignment on business development initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and strategic presentations to leadership, clients, and partners regarding financial projections, market findings, and project milestones.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners through clear written and verbal communication.
