Connecting Plus is a full-funnel marketing agency focused on beauty spas, hair salons, TCM clinics, body wellness and slimming studios, and F&B. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join the New Business Development and Relationship Management team located at 111 N Bridge Rd, Peninsula Plaza.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join a New Business Development and Relationship Management team located in 111 N Bridge Rd, Peninsula Plaza. This permanent position offers a Monday-Friday workweek from 9.30AM to 6.30PM.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential clients through channels such as networking, outreach calls, online platforms, and referrals.

• Implement business development strategies aimed at securing new clients, particularly beauty spas, hair salons, TCM clinics, body wellness & slimming studios, F&B companies requiring Online Marketing services.

• Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable online marketing solutions.

• Monitor market movements, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to uncover fresh business opportunities.

• Keep detailed records of sales efforts, track pipeline progress, and prepare regular updates for management.

• Collaboration with Meta and Xiaohongshu operation team, Deliver professional follow-up and service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Support additional tasks and projects when required.

About you

• Diploma in Business Management, Online Media Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

• One to two years of experience in Business Development, with preference given to candidates familiar with corporate service provider environments.
