Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Metro Manila to meet clients, understand advertising needs, and craft effective campaigns. The role involves researching client products and goals, negotiating with clients, and presenting costed proposals.

You will lead pitches to win new business and mentor the operations team. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in related fields or 2+ years in Sales & Marketing with a focus on strategy, and a business/management

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of any business, management, or equivalent computer literate.
• MS Office tools proficiency, mainly Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
