Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional based in Metro Manila. The role focuses on meeting clients, understanding their advertising needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive campaigns and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in sales, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with production and client teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Course is required.
• At least 2 years experience in Sales.
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to discuss their advertising needs.
• Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points.
• Research and learn about the client's products, goals and needs.
• Negotiate with clients and ensure deadlines are met.
• Present campaign ideas and costing to clients.
• Make pitches to win new business.
• Assist in training full operations for a Senior Business Development Manager.
