Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager in the Philippines to lead client engagements and drive revenue.

You will meet clients to discuss advertising needs, identify pain points, and present solutions and campaigns. This role requires research into client products and goals, strong negotiation, timely delivery of proposals, and the ability to pitch ideas that win new business.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business, management, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• 3–4 years in related field or 2+ years in Sales & Marketing with strategy focus.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Qualifications

Preferably a graduate of any business, management, or any equivalent computer literate

With knowledge in MS Office tools, mainly in Excel and Word

At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position, or at least 2 years in Sales & marketing, with a focus on Sales Marketing Strategy
