A Business Development Associate drives business growth by identifying and securing new clients, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand the firm's reach. They are responsible for market research, sales planning, proposal development, and securing new business opportunities. They also manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients, conduct initial meetings, and secure new business.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Sales and Marketing: Help BD Lead implement sales strategies, prepare proposals, and manage the sales process.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and understand client needs.
• Strategic Planning: Help BD Lead execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and monitor company’s productivity, prepare reports, and analyze business performance.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as recruitment operations, to ensure smooth business operations.
• Contract Management: Help BD Lead in developing and presenting tailored proposals and negotiating contracts.

Other duties and Responsibilities

• a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
• b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
• c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
