BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Healthcare | North Luzon & South Luzon

We’re hiring for a fast-growing healthcare solutions company supplying oxygen generators and other medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Direct-hire opportunity.

THE ROLE

The role focuses on identifying, qualifying and developing opportunities. Closing and proposal ownership will be handled by the Business Development team.

You will:

• Research hospitals and healthcare facilities in your assigned territory
• Identify decision-makers and potential opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities
• Conduct hospital and healthcare facility visits
• Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs
• Set appointments for product presentations and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain account information
• Work closely with the Business Development team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of medical equipment or technical sales experience
• Experience selling products or solutions to businesses, facilities, or organizations
• Good knowledge of hospitals and healthcare facilities is an advantage
• Comfortable with outbound calls, prospecting, and field visits
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Able to manage an assigned territory independently
• Willing and able to conduct regular hospital and healthcare facility visits within Luzon
