Job summary

The Medical Services Of America (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Medical Territory Sales Manager to lead expansion across North Luzon, including Pampanga, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Baguio, and Cagayan.

You will act as the owner of your territory, driving the full sales cycle from profiling and lead generation to tender negotiation and contract execution. This high-autonomy, field-based role requires a seasoned healthcare sales professional with strong regional connections and proficiency in navigating

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, nursing, or allied health fields preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years proven track record in medical device or healthcare equipment sales.
• Local Network: Established network within public/private hospital circuits in North Luzon.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive territory growth plan for North Luzon.
• Establish and leverage relationships with Hospital Directors, CMOs, Clinical Heads, and procurement bodies.
• Oversee institutional bidding, tenders, and procurement processes with compliance.
• Position products with clinical and financial ROI for hospital management.
• Coordinate with care teams to integrate solutions into workflows.
• Monitor market dynamics and policy shifts to adjust regional strategies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Medical Territory Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial expansion across key regional hubs, including Pampanga, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Baguio, and Cagayan. Operating as a high-autonomy individual contributor, you will act as the "Owner of your territory"—owning the full-funnel sales cycle from target profiling and lead generation to tender negotiation and final contract execution. In this role, you will navigate complex, long-cycle institutional sales by seamlessly executing a dual-track strategy: winning technical buy-in from clinical heads and Key Opinion Leaders while securing administrative sign-off from hospital directors, C-suite executives, and procurement committees. If you are a seasoned commercial "hunter" with deep-rooted regional connections, a mastery of healthcare procurement systems, and the willingness to travel, this is your opportunity to introduce cutting-edge specialized medical solutions to high-value accounts across North Luzon.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive territory growth plan to identify and capture untapped market share within public and private healthcare ecosystems in North Luzon.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Establish, nurture, and leverage relationships with key decision-makers, including Hospital Directors, Chief Medical Officers, Clinical Department Heads, and Procurement/BAC Board Members.
• Institutional Bidding & Procurement: Oversee and navigate complex institutional sales pipelines, public tenders, and private hospital procurement protocols, ensuring robust technical and compliance alignment.
• Value-Based Consultative Selling: Position our diverse product portfolio as a strategic asset, translating clinical efficacy and technical specifications into strong financial ROI and operational value for hospital management.
• Cross-Functional Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate specialized patient-care and continuous-care solutions into institutional and homecare workflows.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor movements, and local healthcare policy shifts to proactively pivot regional commercial strategies.
