Qualifications

• Licensed ME/EE with facilities/building management experience.
• 6 months of experience in facilities or building management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
