Qualifications

• Licensed ME/EE with 2–3 years of facilities management experience.
• Able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems; keep facilities to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials handling and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design parameters and client enviro requirements.
