• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
• Ability to apply judgment from multiple information sources in building operations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain energy management programs and operate building systems efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Share knowledge with teammates and model CBRE RISE values.
