Job summary

SYMPHONY in the Philippines seeks a driven channel sales professional to close new business through brokers and affinity partners who distribute HMO products. You will manage external broker relationships, negotiate rates, and drive signed, enrolled business against a revenue quota.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience closing new business and carrying a revenue quota through a portfolio of brokers and/or affinity partners, accrediting partners, negotiating rates and overrides, converting activity into signed enrolled business within HMO specifically.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close new business production through broker and affinity partners against a defined revenue/production quota.
• Manage, accredit, and grow relationships with multinational and local insurance brokers; negotiate rates, overrides, and service-level commitments.
• Identify, structure, and close affinity partnerships with banks, telcos, associations, and aggregators; generate enrolled lives, not just signed MOUs.
• Own production targets and channel revenue reporting across both brokerage and affinity segments.
• Represent the Company in broker principal meetings and affinity partner business reviews and move deals to close.
• Continuously scout new brokerage and affinity opportunities to expand distribution footprint and pipeline.
