Job summary

SYMPHONY seeks an experienced Industrial Sales & Leasing specialist to drive broker partnerships and close land sales and lease agreements nationwide. The role focuses on building relationships with independent brokers, supply chain advisors, and corporate real estate firms to meet group targets.

You will present project details, coordinate site inspections, and generate locator leads while maintaining a robust broker network. Based in Makati with nationwide travel expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing, research, or project management—preferably real estate with industrial estates, logistics, or commercial land.
• Licensing: prefer a Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC).

Responsibilities

• Broker Accreditation & Partnerships: Build, accredit, and execute signed partnership agreements with independent brokers, supply chain advisors, and regional/multinational corporate real estate firms.
• Industrial Sales & Leasing: Sell and lease industrial land lots, manufacturing sites, and warehouse facilities nationwide.
• Client Engagement & Presentations: Present technical project details to prospective locators and conduct or assist with on-site client inspections.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner brokers and key corporate stakeholders.
• Lead Generation & Market Intelligence: Proactively generate qualified locator leads through personal and broker networks.
• Events & Activations: Organize broker engagement events, site tour caravans, and networking activities to keep our industrial portfolio top-of-mind.
• Operations & Reporting: Create and manage the broker database and prepare regular transaction pipeline reports for executive management.
