Zohorecruit is seeking a Brokerage and Affinity Channel Manager for HMO in the Philippines. You will drive new business sales through brokers and affinity partners, managing relationships, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet revenue quotas.

This channel-focused role emphasizes producing signed, enrolled HMO business rather than pure relationship-building, with direct exposure to leadership and a base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience closing new business and carrying a revenue quota through brokers/affinity partners.
• Experience accrediting partners, negotiating rates/overrides, converting activity into signed enrolled business within HMO.
• Channel and distribution management with direct sales accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close new business production through broker and affinity partners against defined revenue quota.
• Manage, accredit, and grow relationships with multinational and local insurance brokers; negotiate rates, overrides, service commitments leading to signed business.
• Identify, structure, and close affinity partnerships with banks, telcos, associations, and aggregators; generate enrolled lives, not just MOUs.
• Own production targets and channel revenue reporting across brokerage and affinity segments.
• Represent the Company in broker principal meetings and affinity partner reviews with focus on moving deals to close.
• Continuously scout new brokerage and affinity opportunities to expand distribution footprint and pipeline.
