• Lead and coach the BSE team and conduct regular coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue from new business and renewal business through Group Insurance products.
• Manage Employee Benefits sales including HMO packages and Credit Line products.
• Coordinate with bank partners, conduct reviews and drive cross-sell/upsell within EB portfolio.
• Oversee 15/30/60 day deployment for onboarding team members and ensure timely reporting.
